Tiny Blossom

Tiny Blossom our Shih Tzu is:

A lapdog
Good-natured
Calm
Quiet for the most part. Only barks in her foster home when she wants to come inside to be with her foster mom.
Potty pad trained by her previous owner who had not taken her outside in a year due to her owner's health problems. She was previously house broken and we believe we've retrained her. She has not had an accident in her foster home in many days and when she did she only used the potty pad. Now that she's being taken outside regularly she's pottying out there.
Affectionate but not needy
Great companion. Follows you around and sleeps at your feet as you work at your computer.
Walks well on a leash
Low energy level
Gets along great with large and small dogs and even plays with small dogs at times
Lives in a foster home with parrots and doesn't pay attention to them
Hypoallergenic so she's a good choice for people who don't want fur on your furniture but Tiny Blossom does require regular grooming
Primarily Shih Tzu but has super fine hair like a Maltese

Based on her good nature and other personality traits we believe Tiny Blossom would be good with older respectful children. We recommend older children since Tiny Blossom is so small.
Tiny Blossom has not been with cats under our care so we don't know how she is with them although she lived with two cats in her previous home
