Peppy our Pug is very peppy so that's how he got his name.  Anyone who meets him would agree.  Peppy is also:

Peppy's adoption fee is $325 which would be used to pay for spay/neutering, medical treatment, food, & supplies for homeless dogs to get them out of shelters.
