Here's what Lissette's previous foster mom said about her:
"I’ve fostered Lissette for a six weeks and although it took her time to build trust she has adjusted quickly and is warm, friendly and enjoys following me around all day. She loves her afternoon walks and can go for miles without losing steam, although she definitely needs constant training while on a leash. She prefers to be around her humans and will need help adjusting to being alone, but I believe with training this can be accomplished. She prefers smaller dogs, and has become best friends with the Chihuahua next door; however, she becomes a protector when we encounter larger dogs on our walks and does not care for them. She’s not much of a barker, but she is curious and will let you know if she hears or sees something she wants you to know about. She has met many new faces while living with me and reacts differently to everyone, once she’s established trust with someone she will be their best friend. Lissette is sweet, playful, housetrained and cute as a button."
