• Friendly with everyone including strangers

• Calm

• Quiet

• Low energy

• Loves car rides

• Crate trained

• Not a picky eater

• Treat motivated

• Gets along well with other dogs

• Has not been with cats under our care so we don't know how she is with them but based on her personality we think she'd be fine

• Pays no attention to the large and small parrots in her foster home

• Housetrained.  Her foster mom takes her out every few hours during the day with all the other foster dogs she has at her house. 

• Shih Tzu

• Hypoallergenic so is non-shedding but does require regular grooming.  Kelly entered a local shelter so terribly matted the shelter had to shave her down. 

• 3 years old

• 12 lbs

• Microchipped

• Shots up to date

• All medical paperwork provided

• Adopters must be San Diego County residents (sorry no exceptions)

• Children 8 and up

• Adoption fee $450

3. We'll contact you if we think you and Kelly seem like a great match.    We're a very small volunteer-based rescue taking care of lots of animals so we don't have time to contact everyone who applies or respond to all inquires.
