Jazmin

Jazmin is...
-
Extremely sweet & affectionate
-
Loves to be the center of attention of her prized humans
-
Lapdog
-
Playful
-
Enjoys stuffed toys & edible nylabones (see videos below)
-
Gives kisses (see video below)
-
Great companion
-
Gets along with all the other dogs in her foster home. There are 5 other dogs ranging in size from 7 lbs to 15 lbs.
-
Loves car rides. Jazmin prefers to sit in the front in the driver's lap but we don't recommend it (and actually it's against the law). Adopters should plan to buy her a harness with seat beat.
-
Endearing
-
Very treat motivated
-
Knows sit
-
Dances for treats
-
Not a picky eater
-
Walks well on a leash (harness is recommended for all our dogs) but is leash reactive when she sees other dogs or people
-
Previous owner said she lived with two cats before, a male and a female, and she was playful with them.
-
Lives in a home with parrots and doesn't pay attention to them.
-
Maltipoo (Maltese + Miniature Poodle)
-
Hypoallergenic, so perfect for someone wanting a non-shedding dog
-
Requires regular professional grooming. Photos shown here were taken the day she was groomed.
-
7 months 3 weeks old
-
10 lbs
-
Microchipped
-
Shots up to date
-
Healthy
-
All medical paperwork provided
-
We're looking for a home with respectful children 8 and up or just adults. Jazmin's previous owner said Jazmin had been around kids as young as 3 yo and did fine with them.
-
Homeowners with a fenced yard required
-
Experienced adopters only
-
San Diego County residents only
-
Adoption fee $450
Jazmin's back story: Jazmin was relinquished due to "landlord issues" to a local shelter. That's where we rescued her from.

If interested in Jazmin these are the steps:
1. Please read her bio carefully to make sure she's the right dog for you and you meet the adoption requirements.
2. Fill out an adoption app from our website at the following link:
https://www.animalalliancesd.org/adoption
3. If it looks like a promising match we'll contact you within 72 hours of receiving your application. We're a very small volunteer-based rescue taking care of lots of animals so we don't have time to contact everyone who applies or respond to all inquires. We're very sorry and we're hoping this will change soon. Lastly, our animals are in foster care---we're not an animal shelter so meet & greets are by invitation. Thanks for your interest, and have a wonderful day!
