Axel was a stray at the County of San Diego animal shelter in Bonita where we rescued him from.  Axel is an adult Russian Tortoise of unknown age who weighs about 1.1 lbs.    Brownie's got lots of personality---he's friendly and engaging!  He's very healthy, happy, and also very personable.  He'll make an excellent companion for a tortoise-loving family!
